We’ve now implemented Flickr search by usernames — you can go to the Flickr source tab and search for your username or anyone else to find photos.

Storify is a great tool for me gather relevant information about the market, however, I need to be able to add my own stock charts, i.e. images, to the story without the need to go to a third party hosting source.

And finally I find a photo online that I could stand to use for a cover image, on an antique blog I kept in the last decade - and Storify tells me the image takes too long to load and questions the validity of the URL. This is soooooo frustrating!!!

I want to upload my own photos directly from my computer. I'd like to personalise my cover photo. I've never used Flickr, or Picasa as another user has suggested, and don't see why I should have to set up an account I'm not interested in with another application just to make full use of Storify. It would be really great if you could fix this. (Also the spam comments on here are surprising given that I've just read the T&Cs... maybe you could fix that too.)

Direct upload from personal hard drive would be greatly appreciated, also to be able to crop photos or at least move around the center of the photo used as the cover photo instead of having it cropped down automatically

What is this flaming US sunset city montage on my account header? It has nothing to do with the stories I want to collate.
I have no idea what Flickr is. I am not interested in joining yet another website and learning how to use the ruddy thing just so I can upload a photo.
Will be looking for another programme to use if this irritating new feature isn't changed.

I had a photo published on an Photography website, as a "photograph of the day" among many other photographers and among some really big moments of the day throughout the world. I was holding a Hofstra Pride sign and was so proud to Hofstra student that day, would love to share it among the others!

What if I have taken pictures (with a camera) during an event and now I want to add them to my storify? I have to publish them first (in twitter, blogs, flickr, etc)? Or can I just add them to my story timeline? That would be of great help!

I have not been able to add photos to stories either via Flickr or Facebook.
1) I opened a new story, and am in edit view.
2) I go to the "Media" tab
3) I go to Flickr tab, and try both Search and User options, trying
a) my username "contextobject"
b) the URL http://www.flickr.com/photos/contextobject/
c) the name of my photo set.
but I get no results in any case. I have checked that my Flickr account and the photoset I want arepublic.4) Next I tried Facebook tab, and Searched for my name, my photo gallery name, etc, but nothing is found. My facebook account is linked to Storify through settings.
Can you help? It seems very hard to do the seemingly simple task of adding photos to a story.
